Impeller Casting
We produce investment cast impellers for centrifugal, submersible, and chemical process pumps. Our casting process delivers smooth flow surfaces that minimize turbulence and maximize hydraulic efficiency. Available in open, semi-open, and enclosed configurations.
- Diameter range: 50 mm to 600 mm
- Vane count: 3 to 12 vanes
- Material: CF8M, CD4MCu, Duplex, Ni-Al Bronze
- Dynamic balancing to G6.3 or G2.5
- Surface finish: Ra 3.2 μm or better
